Calculation and experimental procedure for determining the modulus of elasticity of porous coatings on a substrate during bending. Part 2. Experimental research

As it was mentioned in the first part of this work, to determine modulus elasticity one layers a double-layer beam during bending, is necessary know other layer and bending stiffness entire section. Therefore, purpose presented work experimentally establish specified characteristics coated samples rectangular cross-section substrate without coating three-point bending. The results experimental studies elastic-geometric with coatings VT1-00 KTC-110 alloys, applied VT6 alloy by microplasma sputtering, different degrees porosity, are presented. Analytical calculations were carried out, which make possible general regularities its change depending on their degree porosity.
